Pet Hotel Check-In Guidelines
How do I book a room at the pet hotel?
You can book a room at the pet hotel online through our website or call our customer service hotline at Whatsapp: 6360 0036. Customers need to book in advance for check-in and check-out dates and/or times. If you need to change the date, please request it at least one week before the scheduled time.
What is a pet hotel? What are the check-in requirements and age restrictions?
A pet hotel provides accommodation specifically for pets, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment while their owners are away. All pets must be at least 6 months old and provide valid vaccination proof and health inspection reports. Pets aged 10 years or older must present a veterinary health check certificate issued within the last month. Pets under 6 months, pregnant, recovering from surgery for less than 14 days, requiring special medical care, or suffering from infectious or chronic illnesses will not be accepted.
What facilities does the pet hotel offer? How do I book and pay?
Our pet hotel offers 24-hour air conditioning, daily walks, updated living photos, and a comfortable accommodation environment. You can book a room at the pet hotel online through our website or call our customer service hotline. Full payment for the boarding fee is required within 2 days after confirming the booking date; if not paid, PET HK reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice.
What are the check-in and check-out times at the pet hotel? What should I do if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Check-in at the pet hotel is from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM daily, and check-out is from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Changes to booking dates can be made free of charge up to 14 days prior to check-in; changes within 14 days incur a 20% handling fee. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the boarding fee; cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, and early check-out is also non-refundable.
What additional fees may apply after booking the pet hotel? Is a deposit required before check-in?
Please inform us of any special needs or aggressive behavior when booking the pet hotel. PET HK staff will do their best to accommodate. If injuries occur due to undisclosed information, the customer will be responsible for all legal liabilities and damages.
What if I want to see living photos of my pet at the pet hotel?
Of course! We regularly update photos of your pet at the pet hotel to keep you informed about their well-being.
