Delivery Areas
We currently provide delivery services within Hong Kong only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Offer
- Hong Kong Island: Free shipping for orders over HK$400. Orders below this amount will incur a HKD$30 shipping fee.
- Kowloon / New Territories: Delivered by SF Express (Freight Collect), and shipping fees will be paid by the customer upon receipt.
- Free Shipping for All Areas: Orders over HK$800 qualify for free shipping across all areas in Hong Kong.
Delivery Time
- Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Delivery usually takes 2-7 business days, but may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Important Delivery Notes
- Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address and contact number to avoid delivery delays.
- If an incorrect address or recipient information is provided, resulting in a failed delivery, any additional shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- Delivery may be delayed in the event of severe weather conditions (such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, etc.).
