 All our ZIWI® Peak air-dried and canned recipes are complete and balanced for ALL life stages – that means puppies, too!

 For the perfect finishing touch, we add kelp as a natural vitamin and mineral source, and New Zealand Green Mussel for natural glucosamine and chondroitin.

Delivery Areas

We currently provide delivery services within Hong Kong only. International shipping is not available at this time.


Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Offer

  • Hong Kong Island: Free shipping for orders over HK$400. Orders below this amount will incur a HKD$30 shipping fee.
  • Kowloon / New Territories: Delivered by SF Express (Freight Collect), and shipping fees will be paid by the customer upon receipt.
  • Free Shipping for All Areas: Orders over HK$800 qualify for free shipping across all areas in Hong Kong.


Delivery Time

  • Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery usually takes 2-7 business days, but may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Important Delivery Notes

  • Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address and contact number to avoid delivery delays.
  • If an incorrect address or recipient information is provided, resulting in a failed delivery, any additional shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  • Delivery may be delayed in the event of severe weather conditions (such as Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning, etc.).

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

  • According to Hong Kong’s Consumer Rights Ordinance, all items are non-refundable and non-returnable once sold, except in cases of product defects or incorrect shipments.
  • Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:

Unopened and unused, with the original packaging intact (including all labels and accessories).

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or damaged products (unless due to quality issues).
  • Food, treats, supplements, and pet hygiene products (such as shampoos, medications, etc.) are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety concerns.
  • Promotional and discounted items are non-returnable.

Return & Exchange Process

  • Submit a return request within 7 days of receipt via WhatsApp or Email, including your order number and product photos.
  • Once approved, we will provide a return address.
  • Customers must bear the shipping cost for returns and ensure that the returned product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process a refund (if applicable) or arrange a replacement. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.


3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Once an order is confirmed and paid, modifications and cancellations are not accepted. Please carefully check your order details before proceeding with payment.
  • If the order has not yet been processed (i.e., not shipped), customers may contact customer service as soon as possible to request a cancellation. However, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation request will be successful.


4. Product Warranty & Quality Assurance

Handling of Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and product photos.
  • Upon confirmation, we will arrange a free replacement of the same product or issue a refund.

Warranty Policy

  • Some electronic products (such as smart feeders) may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and terms are subject to the supplier’s regulations.
  • If a product experiences a non-human-induced functional issue within the warranty period, please contact us for assistance.


5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card / PayMe / FPS / AlipayHK / WeChat Pay
  • Orders must be paid within 24 hours of placement, or they will be automatically canceled.
